Is it necessary to completely cut down on coffee? I am soo addicted to having a very small cup of coffee (with a small teaspoon of coffee powder) every evening. I just love it soo much and would hate to cut on it :(

Well really you should cut down yes when you're ttc but a few of us agreed a couple of weeks ago that it is too hard! I've started alfternating caf and decaf tea to compensate for the coke adiction (cola!)

I now drink one tea and one coke a day.

ok, thanks! I reduced from 2 cups to one - but quitting the last cup seems to be impossible... will try to switch to decaf as you suggested.

I wouldn't worry about it unless you are finding it hard to conceive to be honest.

If you believe you are ovulating, then i'd carry on keeping life as normal as possible.

Decaf is an option but it has to organic because otherwise they use chemicals to extract the caffiene and trace amounts remain of which the impact of on health are not known.

There is caffiene free coke too ;)

You can worry about cutting down when you are pregnant xx

It probably doesn't matter but I've completely stopped having coffee (caf or decaf) and I'm obey having caffeine free teas like Redbush.

Not worth the risk for me. X
