Buying things of the internet

Im trying to buy a couple of things from kiddiecare.com but im having problems with the website and everytime i click checkout it just refreshes the same page and wont take me onto the next one. If i phone the customer services line tomorrow i have to pay a premium rate number

I want to buy my pushchair and cot before they sell out. Has anyone else used them with problems??

when I went to the website it was running really slow and went back an hour later and it was much better.

The company itself were great ,delivered in a couple of days

i was so surprised how good the service was though, i'm usually really wary of internet traders, but these were really good!!!!

Glad you got your bits ordered ok in the end.
I've never ordered from or shopped at Kiddicare so have no idea what they are like.
If you ever need to know what any of the other big name ones are like though let me know!!

I had that problem when i ordered from them....I then noticed they had processed my order twice I called as soon as I noticed (next morning), and they cancelled the order which had just been loaded onto the delivery lorry.......if the lorry had left the depot they would have charged me to cancel the order, can't remember how much they said but I think it was around £40. They took payment twice too, but refunded the second charge straight away.

I have been really impressed with them, had to place another order the next week as I was waiting for the mattress i wanted to come back into stock, on both occassions delivery was within 48 hours........the only think that made
me chuckle was the text msg confirmation they sent....which had 'dot' after every word I think on both occassions I got the text after the delivery but the baby has stolen my brain so don't take my word for that.
