hi girls,

I'm just doing a little research on buggy boards. When this next baby comes in January, Olly will be 31 month. I'm not wanting a double buggy so we are just looking at a buggy board. We have a quinny buzz for baby and also a mamas and papas armadillo ( we use for Olly now) and baby will use the armadillo when we need to move to a stroller - the lascal board is compatable with both, do I need to buy anything like adapters or will this all come with the board ? Also, mams who have them, are they worth it ?
Xx

If you go on the lascal website you can check if your prams are suitable to work with the lascal.

You don't need any adaptors, it comes with everything you need

We have one, but I bought second hand- to be honest I wouldn't bother buying brand new.. There's plenty of good quality second hand ones about- at the end of the day it's just sonething for you LO to stand on!

There's 34 months between my two, and we find it great for the times when Harry is tired and doesn't want to walk xx

Love mine! And - as Becky has said - no need for adapters. Mine hardly gets used now as James is so good at walking, he doesn't want to use it. I do attach it on when we're going for longer walks, just in case!

We have a Bugaboo and my James is on the 'sitty down' type buggy board. He walks shorter distances but its still hard to gauge how tired he will get so I always stick buggy board under pram.

It was gifted to me by my sister and I have no idea where it came from / how much it cost / what prams it suits.

I'll try to find a link but at 31m I'm sure toddler will be fine on a stand up buggy board. We're going to move to that type soon.

I was initially going towards the sitty down one but looking at the pictures it looks like it will be difficult to push with toddler being sat so far back .. how does it feel ?

I'm only short but it feels fine. You kind of walk a little bit to the side mostly (and you get used to it really quickly). Longest we've done so far is about an hour each way!!
