My pram is broken 
. One side of the seat has collapsed so it's got to go off for repair. Only used it about 10 times as I prefer the sling for walks. The tyres still have all the little bobbles on it I've used it that little! Mothercare are going to lend me one of theirs, when I went into the shop they were only going to lend me a buggy which is obviously not good enough with a 3 month old baby. Rang customer services and they managed to find me a 3 wheeler similar to mine which is suitable 
. I asked them if they would give me credit note so I could buy a better pram but they said no .
Their guarentee only covers replacement of goods within 28 days but I'm sure most people buy their pram before having a baby so it probably sits around for months before it's even used.
Also my car seat is stuck in it's base so had to do some sort of contortionist trick to get her out the seat while it was still in the back of my 3 door car
