He was in the garden and he started crying when I went over to him he was looking at his hand and there was a bee on it.

He'd picked it up off a flower I think, (he loves bugs and stuff, bless him) it had stung him right on the end of his finger :(

He was really upset, but I have no sting cream or anything in the house (will be buying some tomorrow I suggest everyone gets some!)

I quickly gave him some piriton cos I was worried about an allergic reaction but he just cried for a couple of minutes then stopped.

Phew!

Everyone make sure you have piriton and sting cream to hand for the Summer!

aww poor brody  i hope he's ok.

Im allergic to wasp stings and didnt realise until i was 18, if i get stung by one the area around the sting balloons and the sting bit goes into a huge septic blister, i freak out if i see one :(

Bi-Carb helps Bee stings and Vinegar helps wasp stings!!

poor wee brody........

glad you mentioned the sting cream ... has reminded me that I haven't checked that our first aid box has everything it needs for a baby

thanks :)

poor little chap. little red my sister has the same allergic eraction to horsefly bites which is really annoying as there are loads on our farm, her blisters get soo big once she had one on her leg and she couldnt walk as it had swollen up so much!

aw poor little chap, give him a little mummy kiss and make it all go away

aww, poor little thing!
u can neutralise bee stings with soap if u hav no sting cream in, but do not use soap on wasp stings it will make them worse, use vinegar on them. similarly dont use vinegar on bee stings. :)

Poor little man.

Must get some sting cream when I next go shopping, I have 3 fruit trees in my garden
