Just wondering did anyone else watch this last night or read about it in the paper at all?? What are your opinions on it? I think that its a truely awful thing to have happen to any family and for her now to be wondering weither the same thing is going to happen to her unborn child i cant even imagine what it must be like let alone what this poor unfortunate family are gong through.

oh i saw this yesterday on this morning, its so horrid. those poor parents just looked so desolate. cant begin to imagine what they go through every day. Just so heartbreaking

i was holding alex while watching it and i was squeezing him so tight just at the thought of someone taking him away

made up my mind then and there i woud disappear with him before i let someone take him from me like that.

such a total miscarriage of justice. what is the worls coming to?

I watched it and it was really sad. I felt very sorry for the parents and felt that they should be allowed their children back, even if it was on a 'monitored' basis. It seemed so unfair that they might lose their new baby too. And then there's bloody social workers and authorities out there who don't do their jobs etc properly and won't take the children away when they really do need it i.e. Victoria Climbie etc. I work with kids that have been abused and i struggle to understand how so many mistakes can be made.

I totally agree Tan, how can they act so rashly in one case and then leave a kiddie like Victoria in a home where they know without doubt there is violence until the worst fianlly happems. broke my heart reading about her when it first came out

once those results prove that babe has brittle bones (PERSOANNLY I HAVE NO DOUBT THEY ARE INNOCENT)they should be given their kids back. think the eldest was about 4. my neice is only 3 and i cant imagine how sh'd feel to be taken from her home and never see her parents again. THATS child abuse.

Hi sorry i was meant to say too that i use to be married to this ladies cousin and going on then i remember that she and her husband were very nice people indeed and at the time i remember they had the first 2 kiddies and they always looked happy healthy children to me and certainly well cared for so to think that they believe in anyway that she may harm her children is absolutely ridiculous.

OMG that is horrible!!
i was tested for brittle bones wen i was 13 i broke my wrist 6 times in two yrs and the hospital sed if i ddi it once more they would have to investigate my mum and dad, which was stupid as i was just a cluts (spl) i think its sick social services take children away from loving parents who care for them properly and then there are kids who are actually being hurt by there parent are being left !!
