lol. just one more question.. is there anything that you swear bought your labour on? Really want baby out now :D xx

Lol am not with the babys father am contemplating texting and asking but i'm not that fed up yet! :)

I went a really long walk the day before my waters broke. Didn't start contractions though and ended up being induced!

OH passing out and having to call an ambulance! That kept things going LOL

I ate a really hot curry, my waters broke about 4 hours later! Probably coincidence and it did give me heart burn all through labour so not that good really!

Couple of my friends have sworn by reflexology....both went into labour within a couple of days of treatment and before their due date.

THanks ladies for all your ideas, keep em coming :) just booked a reflxlogy session for tomorrow at 3. Remember charlie having one and sure she went into labour that night. If nothing else it'll relax me xx

im also keen to get baby out

ive been walking loads, having hot baths and bedroom action and baby still isnt budging :shakehead:

im going to have a hot curry tomorrow night (i normally hate the stuff but its worth a try)

i really dont want to be induced, anymore ideas?

Yep it definitely worked for me, I had my session on the friday afternoon at 1:30pm and at 4:00pm I was having really bad tummy pains worse than anything I had experienced before, at 6:00pm my contractions started.

Good luck hope it works for you

I'm almost too embarrassed to say - but my contractions started a few hours after some nipple stimulation and orgasm!

I went 10 days late before using evening primrose oil capsules (in my lady parts) and had contractions in about 10 minutes! I fell asleep and it wore off but I tried again the next night and woke up in the morning with my waters breaking.

I hope this thread helps for you.

I went out for a curry with a friend... then posted up one of these threads... and my waters broke in bed at 3am that morning!!

I was taking RLT casules to aid dilation and softening of the cervix for a few weeks before... was pointless as I had to have a cesarian as he was breach.

I dont think anything will really bring on labour... but by all means try walking and a curry, thats all I did.

Don't know if it's a coincidence but my waters broke about one hour/one hour and a half after having sex

I know what brought on my labour but I wouldnt recommend it. I'd cried my eyes out all day because I had to have my cat put to sleep at lunchtime  My waters broke at 8.30 that evening

smacking the pony

i wanted to try sex but my boyf didnt find a massively pregnant, hot and sweaty, dressed-in-tracky-pants-and-a-scrunchie-in-hair version of me whining to him "please do me help get this baby out of me!" very attractive- cant think why!

oh yeah, and if ur wondering how to reach ur hand over a huuuuuge bump, the trick is to reach around the back and underneath

Thanks for your repiles

Tangerine dream sorry about your cat

Well i've done most of these, my reflexlogy didn't work

Tried the nipple simulation but no go

Trixipaws that just not working either! Twice today  and still no baby!!

Will give till tues/wed then i'm texting the ex!... anything not to be induced! :) xx

I tried all sorts, except sex. OH wouldn't. Had a really dodgy chinese the night before. Was on the loo half the night with a dodgy tummy. Then contractions started. Thought all it was, was a dodgy curry! Lol

I tried everything except castor oil- nothing worked :(

I walked miles in the last few weeks though and had a great labour so I think staying active helped in the long run :)

hope you pop soon

Dont they say raspberry tea/tablets can help??????????
