Just wondered if anyone else has shooting pains under their armpit during feeding it does not last for long nor happen at every feed is this maybe just that the baby has latched on wrongly?

no but i get let-down pains which is like toothache in thin lines radiating outwards from my nipple, almost as far as my armpit could it be let-down?

not in my arm pit...but towards the side and that area... think its ducts unblocking...but I did have mastitis recently... does anyone get pins and needle like pains in their boobs when their LO is due a feed? didn't get it with Tia.

not sure what it is it could be let down if Alex goes longer than 3 hours my milk starts leaking and get a tingling sensation also when he cries

Oh I'm really looking forward to breastfeeding now

This is the sensation you get when its time to feed your baby....i am very broody and get it even when my L.O is not due a feed...it releases hormones which make you , make lots of milk......some women only get it when they have actually started to feed....its a nice feeling gives me awarm fuzzy sensation in my belly....

its when ur boobs react to ur baby feeding, or crying for food even. its the sensation of filling up with milk. i find it rather painful, but the pleasure from bonding when BFing far outweighs it!
