breastfeeding :(

im told they dont spit up quite as much and if they do it dosent smell as bad if theyre bf but time will tell i guess, planning to do it for like 6 months then wean so i can go back to work.

I will defo be giving it a go. If I can't do it then I'm not going to break my heart over it - but I won't give up on the first fail either :)
Each to their own x

I'm same as you princess, going to give it my best shot but not beat myself up if it dosnt work out. each to their own, think its whatever is best for mum and baby :)

i understand on a certain level how i guess you could find it crindgey because theres this baby sucking on your boob, but at the same time its better for your baby so kinda get over the crindgeyness and just do it, even for just a week, its so much better for babs, free, bonds you, helps you loose weight, protects your baby from so so much and at night you dont have to get up and make bottles and faf about you can just lay down and feed them in bed and dooze of as they eat.
Boobs were meant for your baby not for anything else so Im the kinda person who doesnt undertsnad how you can be wierd about something so natural. of course if your THAT stressed over it then i guess dont do it, but my personal opinion is everyone should breastfeed even for a few days because of the fact its so much better for your child and ultimatly isnt that what we want for our kids, the best start instead of feeding them a bottle of formula when you have better stuff right there in your boobs?

i think formula is very advanced these days or even expressing the milk is another choice. i don't believe that breastfeeding will help you bond more with your child as that doesn't make sense you bond anyways? plus expressing/ bottle feeding allows your partner to get closer to the child and you can share the work load.
my grandma bottle fed most of her 7 children and they had no health worries, its each to their own for sure

I breastfed dd til she was 9 months and in this time i also expressed and donated to scbu as I had alot of milk.
I'm gonna give it a go with this one but won't beat myself up if I find it too stressful given I will also have a 4yr old to care for x
