breast pain 33weeks

My left breast has started to hurt , its very uncomfortable , in fact its agony if I touch it .

My right doesn't hurt like this .... I have noticed if I squeeze the nipple there is colostrum .. That's from both , but only the left that's getting increasingly painful

Should I be concerned ? Or just warm compress . I'm at the midwife on the 9th of feb and id rather manage at home than be a nuisance

Sounds normal to me I was like that last time, I just warm compress on them xx

Try a warm compress, make sure your bra isn't digging in.
Is there any red patch or a lump, or does it feel warm?

If you start to feel achy or flu-y speak to your midwife as it could be mastitis (rare in pregnancy but possible)

Thank you , no red hot spots . It's just getting worse as the day goes on . Warm compress is on right now .
