breast pad problem and exercise question

So my first problem is I was in a restaurant today and I went to the toilet. On my way there a few people gave me weird looks which I thought was strange, but when I looked in the mirror, lo and behold my breastpads were hanging out of my top. I have quite small boobs so breast pad do not fit well in my bra, especially as I liike to wear push up bras (refuse to wear granny nursing bras, although hotmailk does some nice ones!) So anyway my breastpads constantly hang out the top of my bra and its really getting on my nerves as its so unattractive for my poor OH and today I was soo embaressed! Does anyone know anywhere that does small ones? Or like half moon ones (if you know what I mean)? I have tried cutting them in half and as soon as it got wet the gel came out all over my bra and boobs which wasn't fun! Do you think its worth buying disposable ones and cutting them in half, or would I need to sew them? Not sure whats in them... Sorry for all the questions!

Second thing, I'm starting the beachbody insanity workout program tomorrow (must be insane as I've never exercised properly in my life) and was wondering if it would effect my milk supply as its so intense... Or put toxins into my milk like crash dieting does? Hope not coz it was bloody expensive!

I have heard some ladies saying that they cut up sanitary towels to use as breast pads. No experience myself but might work? X

I did this and my boobs were covered in little balls of the blue gel stuff that's in them, and I've even tried cutting up nappies to the same effect (full of gel stuff that expand when wet) and I got paranoid about poisoning lo! But i may give it a try with the cheap cottoney ones you can get , thanks!

Do u use fb, look up 'stinkybums' she makes cloth ones and can prob do any size you like

I've got cloth ones and they last about an hour before they're soaked through. Tried several types as I hate the waste of throwing them away but I leak far too much for them to hold...

Really?! I thought the cloth were much more absotbant.

they're lovely and absorbent but they apparently can't be plastic backed as that's not good for your boobies so they absorb and just wick into my clothes - they keep me drier for longer but they don't last me very long at all

Jojo maman be be do washable breast pads that are like a jelly substance. Their called lily pads and I used them for swimming in the early days x

I take back my statement that all cloth pads leak. I've kept at it as I hate waste and I'm using little lamb bamboo pads for the first time today. They've clearly had a lot thrown at them and my clothes have been dry all day!!!

Not small and discrete so don't help op but just wanted to follow up on the other bit of the conversation
