Braxton Hicks

does anyone else notice when they are worse, im ok all day but as soon as i get relaxed at night, (i lie on sofa with my feet up) do they really start to hurt, baby is most active at this time and my braxton hicks are on and off all night sometimes quite painful.

just wondered if anyone else had a pattern.

I get them on and off during the day but worse at night and a lot more of them along with sharp shooting pains up through me that go into my back
