Arrggghhh BRAXTON HICKS!!

i have been having braxton hicks for the last 30 mins and ouch do they hurt!!!!! its so weird my tummy just goes really tight!!

Anyone else suffering???

mine have calmed down now - but there was a good few weeks i was getting them pretty regularly. Really not nice. Take some paracetomal and go for a soak in the bath.

For me it seems to be much worse when I am more active.

I did some research on them when mine were really sore around 25/26 weeks - cos a lot of folk describe them as painless! Apparently things like being dehydrated, being active and having an active baby are main reasons for them being stronger. xxx
