Braxton Hicks?

I think Im mightbe having these but Im not sure.

I get this feeling like a mild period pain, its right at the bottom of my uterus though, and i wouldve thought contractions would be felt right across your bump?

Ive had it in bed the past few nights and now Im having it this afternoon. Its not really worrying me, but I just wondered if this is what they feel like?

when i got braxton hicks it was just like tightenings around my bump, had lots of crampy period pain at bottom of bump since about 32 weeks same as u its not nice feeling! if ur worried or that maybe c midwife for a little check up xxx

A BH will feel like your uterus is going tight, if you put your hand on your bump when its happening it will feel ultra tight. Ive been getting them most days in the afternoon for about a week now. You will know when you get one, they shouldnt be painful but sometimes can be mildly uncomfortable

oh yeah Ive been having that, I thought it was just baby turning around and sticking his back out or something! Damn I didnt realise THAT was braxton hicks.

I wonder what my period pains are then. Better mention this to midwife on monday.
