..crampiness and lower back pain. Fairly uncomfortable, trying to ignore it!

Am really hoping that it goes away, have had a lot of anxiety over the last couple of days, Im just hoping that its not had an effect on this..off to bed to see if it goes away!

I havn't had braxton hicks as well, but over the past few days Ive had a bit of cramping and backache. Hasn't been too bad today though.

I hope this calms down for you. Cant be very comfortable and probably a bit unnerving. xx

Hope you're ok hun...no chance its another infection?

Oh dear!! Really hope things start to ease for you xxx take it easy xx

Well they continued for a while after I went to bed, it was quite uncomfy, just like period pains. It all seems fine this morning though, looks like a good sleep did me good even if Miss Rosie had me up at 5am!

 Glad they've stopped. Its a few weeks too early yet, although Im sure not a total disaster, we def want our babies cooking longer!

Cant believe Rosie got you up at 5am again...think that was sunrise, has she got blackout blinds? I've lined nursery curtains blackout for that very reason :)

Yes Rosie has the most amazing homemade blackout blind that I velcro to the window, then I shut her blinds and then we have a roll down black out blind  theres no light at all in that room, we had to do that as in the evening the sun is that side of the house! She had a funny tummy this morning and I think that is what woke her up, she was crying!

I think I have SPD in my pubic bone, it mega hurts when I stand up and I have to waddle for a bit before its ok..thank goodness we only have a few ish weeks left! I just hope it doesnt worsen too much!

oh noooo  not the dreaded SPD!!!

Like the velcro idea, at the min Ive just got curtains in there so obviously the light leaks around the sides, despite the blackout lining.

Hope youre pelvis feels a bit better, not too long to go now. Im counting the days!! Have you had any more BH?

I had some this afternoon, probably induced by pushing Rosie round Tesco in the trolley with the kiddy car attached - it had a wonky wheel! I am counting the days too, starting to get anxiety about how big my bump is now but thats another thread..

My pubic bone feels under pressure, its awful when Ive been sat down for any length of time :(

big  hun, I got a few period like cramps within an hour this afternoon, am putting it down to the heat and that I haven't drank enough as pee is still quite concentrated...

OOoo I sympathise with you, I read somewhere that dehydration can put youinto pre term labour, something to do with oxytocin being more concentrated in your urine, I have been trying to drink more too  xxx

seems to have stopped now... how are you getting on? x

Hiya hun, Ive had some huge BH's whilst sitting here, the bump goes all pointed like a torpedo! No cramping like last night which is good, how about you, how are you doing?

Good thanks, no more cramping, think I must have been really dehydrated yesterday, infact no BH's at all today... which I don't mind so much, am thinking that they can start again when Pip is the right way round ;)
