So i just want abit of advice, ive had this tight uncomfortable feeling in my uterus/stomach since yesterday afternoon lasting all night and still here now. Its mostly there than not there. It only goes away for a minute and its back again. Its not painful its just uncomfortable especially when standing. Just wondering is this too early to experience this? Ive been drinking alot of water incase im dehydrated and laying on my left side. But it doesnt seem to shift it. Thanks in advance

I've had this since early on too. I'm 22 weeks now and it still happens. My stomach goes hard & it sometimes takes my breath away. I read the uterus always contracts just usually it's too small for us to feel it so nothing to worry about. However mention it to your midwife if you're worried. X

I had so many tightenings with my daughter but none were painful. I am 16 weeks now and having them. It's a weird feeling. I was walking my daughter up a slight hill to nursery last week and felt like my stomach was going to fall out of my...!!!

Yes i find it weird also seen as this has come on suddenly. Still here as we speak, when it comes on strong i feel like my bladders going to burst. I keep thinking there must be some underlying cause for the sudden onset of tightening. I hope it eases off tomorow. Today its been non stop and i still dont feel like thats normal.

I am 26 weeks and i've been experiencing BH everyday since 16 weeks!

They started off feeling uncomfortable and made my bump go rock hard. Now they're stronger and at times can be painful. I was in the airport waiting to board a plane last weekend and I had to stand still and really focus on it until it passed. Although they're mainly just uncomfortable.

I got it lots at work today, I was doing a lot of bending and that's what set it off. X

This is my 4th and I've noticed them from 12 weeks - it's worse when I've not drank much water so trying to stay hydrated. I had them loads with my 3rd too

Thanks for the reassurance girls, its actually calmed down alot now
