brast feeding and period....

I thought that if you were breastfeeding you didnt get a period??
I am exclusively breast feeding and bleeding very heavily( had to wear two pads within the space of 3 hours). Could this bleeding also be due to going on the mini pill??

some people don't get periods while breastfeeding, some do.

i was lucky i didnt get periods while bfing. apparently if u do get periods it means bfing wont work as contraception!

its a good job i didnt do 'the deed' the other night.
My partner said o it will be ok your breastfeeding................good job im the sensible one
