bras!

The service is excellent and I've had some fab underwired nursing bras from her that have really lasted well. I'll be going back again :)

the models are gorrrrrgeous!
i had to double take at a few of them, they look fab!

I'm only in the first trimester so early days yet. When did people start wearing their new non-underwired bras? Have soon do you have to make the change?

I stopped wearing underwire about an hour after I'd given birth.....

horray! I like that :) were you able to breast feed? Thats my worry that if I wear my normal bras now and then I wont be able to breat feed, that would really be annoying.

Ive just spent over £100 on clothes I can wear when I get a little bump :) I couldnt justify not buying the clothes to save hte money for ugly bras. I just couldnt!

im still wearing an underwired bra and it hasnt hurt me or anything yet but i dont wear bras at home hahah, i give my (.Y.) some freedom!
but la senza do maternity and nursing bras that give good support and are quite sexy haha!

I breastfed until her 1st birthday :D Wearing an underwire bra is highly unlikely to affect your ability to BF. :)

You learn something new everyday.

I wore underwire all the time during pregnancy and at first while feeding. Then one day in my wisdom I decided that the underwire was rubbing so pulled it out and ruined my prettiest bra :wall2:

Love the jammies in your pic Mervs mum. Think I may have to get myself some of them

I went into bravissimo today in leeds to be measured as my bra's have been so uncomfortable and i've been getting really bad back ache. I asked about the underwiring and she said as long as it isn't digging in to the breast tissue then no damage will be done, you just have to make sure its properly fitted. I tried a non wired bra on as well, but as i have grown to mamouth 32gg it gave me no support and looked awful. She did say once the baby come it has be non-wired nursing bras, urghh.

After 12 weeks you can wear underwire nursing bras :) You just need to wait for your supply to be established. I couldnt wait to get back in them - made me feel like my boobs belonged to me as well as my LO!

Ps - I'm near Leeds ;)

After reading this thread, I went to M&S today and got measured for a maternity bra as mine have all been uncomfortable. I have come away in a state of shock  as in the last two months I have apparently gone from a 34C to a 40DD!!!! And it's the most hideous thing ever!!! :faint::puke: It's really comfy so I bought it but I think I'll be shopping around for something nicer. There is a bit of room in it for me "to grow into", but I still can't believe the size she's given me!

That happened to me in M&S last time; I was a DD - that was from an original modest B cup in the beginning! The ladies in there like to give you room as when your milk comes in its like having two zeppelins land on your chest!

Is that what you wore for the whole time then, or did you find something nicer elsewhere?
