Boys names!

I need some help finding a middle name. At the moment, the first name we have chosen is Cody. We like 'American' names. I had always liked Blake but feel that Cody Blake doesn't sound quite right. Other names we had liked or considered were Carson, Hayden and Chad but none of those go well with Cody. Any ideas?
