Bowling, am i ok to go??

Ive been invited out bowling tomorrow, i think its gonna be hard work but id really like to go, do you reacon its safe for me to doit as long as im careful?? I really wana go

just use your judgement on the weight of the ball tho

I went bowling when I was due with Josh - I have never bowled so well in my life think it was all the weight behind the ball

Just take it easy and use a ball that isnt too heavy and you will be fine - in fact I think it will do you the world of good.

Its ok i use the lightest one the have anyway, and if i need to ill squat and roll with both hands

Theres a good chance of that if theres a vet there as they might think im shamu or the worlds biggest bowling ball
