booking appointment midwife

Had booking appointment today and the midwifes (had a student too) were brilliant. very reassuring aboutall the aches and pains ive been feeling and feel its the uterus being pulled and stretched so thanks all who advised me previously. Got big book to read now!! so light night time reading seeing as im not bothered about anything else !!bloods etc all taken so next step is the 12 week scan xx

Hey rheych no scan date but was told if it hasnt arrived by 2 weeks time to give them a ring - good thing is where i work is where the midwifes are based and where they come and do the scans once a week so i can always grab one of them apparently!! so lucky. feels much better now i spoke to themalmost more official if that doesnt sound too mad!! let me know how u get on with your midwife xx ps howu all feeling now i done a night shift last night and im puttingit down to tiredness but mani feelreal sick! earlynight for me xx

my sickness has been coming on at like 3pm, still got a headache but trying to drink loads of water and keep away from the brews!

i told my manager yesterday incase i started legging it out of the office, she has been so lovely and bought me a lovely 'mum to be' best wishes card (i am scared when people do that though incase we jinx it!)

I have my app a week today, I am looking forward to it as it seems ages since I had my 6 week scan as im counting the days and ive known I am preg since about 4 weeks. There is alot of waiting isnt there and worrying that everything is ok xxx

I had a pre booking wiv my last child and was just a chat and a chance to ask any questions and booked me into the hospital and they sent me a scan appt x not gettin that this time,full bookin in appt next week xx

I have an appointment booked with a Dr next week after my scan to sort the midwife and hospital etc. The Dr who referred me for the scan last week didnt go through anything as she wanted to see how the scan went.

had mine this afternoon, didn't really tell me much i didn't know but put my mind to rest on a few things

got to wait THREE WEEKS for a letter with an appointment which may be FIVE WEEKS from now!! i am almost 9weeks so will be 14 by then, PHEWF!

seems like an age but i hope it flies by
