I have noticed that at times my nipples are quite dry and have flaky skin... what should I put on them just normal cream or nipple cream?? they aren't sore or anything but dont wanna leave them and let them go really dry if you get me??

I'd use nipple cream but I've found bio oil is also quite good for dry skin

I'd just leave them alone to be honest, especially as they aren't hurting. Try to avoid using any perfumed products on them. Just warm water in the bath or shower will be fine - shower gels etc tend to be the worst offenders for drying skin out.

hi hun, im not a mum so not sure if i shud answer, but iv been having what looks like dry skin on the nipples too but when i looked closer i saw that it is dried milk and kind of flaked off, just where they leak a teeny bit then the milk dried and went kind of crispy lol. it may be this if its not sore as mine wernt sore and i wud imagine tghat dry skin on ur nipples is pretty sore?? x
