I get it before AF too My boobs weren't sore this time, just my nipples :S

I get that feeling louise. My nipples are tingly and feel slightly like a sting when I touch them, ouch! My boobs feel heavy and sore and I am very aware of them, really hurt when I ran down the stairs before or if they bounce - which they tend to do!
