My pre-preg BMI was 31. I'm well fat :(

My DH's BMI is 54.....very very not good!

I now feel really fat again now, as it is i hardley eat anything anyway im only having 1 meal a day anyway, maybe when i start going to the gym again ill lose/tone up a bit more!!

One meal a day wont help u loose weight hun, your metabolism will slow right down as its only getting one meal a day. You need to eat little and often to loose weight & make sure its something healthy.

This is what I used to do and couldn't understand why I never lost any weight. I hardly ate anything!
My doctor told me this is the worst thing you can do as when you do eat your body doesn't know when the next lot will come so it stores everything as fat.

I've lost 10lb recently but my lost was slowing down so last friday I joined slimming world........can't believe how much you can eat. Hopefully I'll get my BMI down yet!
 
Mine's 26.3 but I only started eating healthily yesterday so hopefully will start to drop! By eating healthily I mean not eating cookies after every meal! :oops:

You had your baby 2 weeks ago relax you've got enough to deal with at the moment without worrying about losing the baby weight! :hug:

I'll go on a diet tomorrow (I say this to myself everyday :lol: )
