bloody doctors

I don't know if any of you remeber but I had blood tests done 2 1/2 weeks ago now, and it was a hard job ( they had to try in three places, my arm and once in each hand) getting all that was needed.

anyway I phoned my drs surgery a week ago to get the results and was told they'd just got them back and the dr hadn't seen them yet so phone tomorrow, I decided to leave it till monday and phoned again they then told me went oh and told me that nothing was coming up on the screen (as if I hadn't had any tests) so to phone back today and try an speak to the dr. Phoned today still the same thing so now I'v had to make an appiontment to see my dr tomorrow afternoon.

If they've lost my results I'm gonna go mental.

Hi all

Went back to the drs yesterday and she had to phone tha lab to get the results, and really glad she did.

One of my liver enzyme level (my ALTs) came back high, which could mean different things but is most likely a Viral Liver infection (which can be quite serious) but my dr thinks it as bit strange as I haven't actually been ill you normally are or haven been when you get a viral infection.

got to have more blood tests again in a couple of weeks to see if they've gone down and if not will have to have more tests to Identify if it is a viral infection or something else.

I would flip if they lost my tests! My doc told my mum the other day that some tests he sent of months ago (before i was pregnant!!!) have come back normal!!! err, there kinda not anymore!

I hope the tests show it has gone down!! and they don't have such problems with them this time!
