blood rhesus factor changing

As most of you know before I had harry my blood group was b negative when I'd had my blood tests after I'd had my section they said my blood group had changed from a - to a + this has happened to my mum and I can't remember if she said it changed back after she had my brother does anyone know if it will?

i didnt think blood groups could change but now im pg with my 2nd theyve said theyve moved the second blood test to 27 wks to check no change in blood group before they give me the anti d again. i was o- before my ds and the same the first blood test at 12 wks so cant imagine it changing by then....sorry cant be much help!!
