blood pressure

I went to the doctors today and when she took my blood pressure she kinda hmmm and said it was exceptable but for a young lass it cud be better so we nees to keep an eye on it. Hmmm. I dont know what to make of that

Must of been a little high hun, are you stressed at all cos that can alter your blood pressure... it did mine. x

I have had a stressful time recently yes. I am hoping it will calm down though so hopefully it wont b bad next time
