Blocked Nose

Hiya I'm just wondering if anyone has any tips for clearing a blocked nose? I've been to the pharmacy who gave me sea water nasal spray but it's not working.
Any magical cures???

I had this until about 7 months - it's horrific and really used to make me feel sick.

I just had to blow my nose every morning to try and clear it.

Not great...hope yours doesn't last as long as mine did.

Go to see your doctor. I had rhinitis all the way though pregnancy SND it's back very badly already.

I get a really thick mucus thst blocks my nasal passage thst restricts my breathing and my hearing. It's awful

Thanks for the replies, I will speak to my doctor, it seems to be getting worse. My ears keep popping too, making trying to sleep a nightmare!

No advice to give, but wanted to say I feel your pain!! I've had a blocked nose since the moment the test came up positive & still going strong!! Eughh
