grab a bowl of HOT water and put it under your bed but put it so it is half under and half out and make sure she is laying at the side it is, the steam will help unblock her, does she cosleep? (i think i remember you saying she does) if she sleeps in a cot just do the same, you can lob some olbas oil in it if you want but just a drop or two (max)

Midna nip to tescos and get some nasosal drops, there sterile saline drops and they are brilliant, me and and lots of othes on here will recommend them.

They will clear her nose as long a you give them reg and she will feed better too.

poor seed.. give her loads of cuddles Don't worry about giving her meds at times like this... (cos I know you're dead against them)... when they are really ill, then its the best thing for them to help them feel better. Hope you're ok too...

I bought a snot sucker outer from boots a few days ago as Maisie has a cold and it is FANTASTIC!!! You put a little cup at the end of the nostril as suck on a tube and it sucks the snot out

Quite grotty but really effective!

I used a Karvol diffuser plug thing when Finn had a cold. Also, wet washing or a wet towel or something on the radiator.

poor thing thanks for all your helpful answers i should check to see if they have these sorts of things out here Kadyn and Kiara are sick with a cold and have blocked noses and Kadyn is having troubles eating and waking every hour at night .
I have tried them snot suckers but they do not work for either of them i think its too far up to work

Hope she starts to feel better hun
