Bloating?

do any of you bloat really bad round about the time of ovulation?
Or do you know if you bloated during implantation?

Could be completely unrelated to my cycle but I have been seriously bloated and in pain since yesterday afternoon! Lots of trapped gas but low down stomach cramps too! I haven’t eaten anything out of my ordinary diet, just wondered if it could be related to my cycle? I was supposed to ovulate on Monday according to flo app but I think I actually ovulated on Tuesday according to symptoms!

I’m new to trying to not temping or testing yet!

Bloating is linked to progesterone so it’s very common to bloat in your luteal phase. Geez it’s great fun being a woman isn’t it?

We’re all symptom spotters on this forum but it can stress you out. I’ve been really dizzy and nauseous last few days, thought I was in luck again, then remembered I’ve been cutting out sugar and dizzy / sick is a side effect of that!

Thank you for your reply! I’ve never had it quite this bad and sore. I’ve been doubled over in pain!
But this is only my second month off of the pill so probably a whole lot going on in there that my body is not used to!

Hopefully the dizziness is something else for you! I’ll keep my fingers crossed xxx

Try drinking tonic water .... it’s meant to be good for bloating. X
