We stayed at the birthing centre as Riven was playing at being an internal carousel we ha about 5 minutes in the water but it was lovely and really helped, also because of the carouselling I had to ave a small dose of pethidine, to relax my body and him as well.

I I'd mostly active except for the hour after the pethidine and that really helped too, overall I am pleased with how it went and wouldn't change a thing

And I have a beautiful baby boy
