bleeding and pain?

Iv had tummy ache/pain since i woke up this morning, it was quite bad this morning and didnt help me and my mum were out shopping in bath since 9am.
Its worn of a tad during the day, but when we got home when I wiped after the toiley there was some browny/red blood on the tissue.
Im going to the doctors at 5, but trouble is because im at my mums im having to see her doctor.
Just wondered if anyones had this??

thanks 4 all the support. got sent to bath hospital and got monitered etc.
babys fine and got home around 11pm lol
