I had a missed miscarriage about a week ago now (think it was last wednesday) but they gave me a tablet on the thursday, something begining with M to cut off hormones or something.. Then on the friday morning, they inserted 4 tablets in the neck of my cervix or something like that, 3 little hexagon shaped pinky coloured tablets.. i dont know the name of them..

Well anyway, i started to lose it all at about 12pm on Friday and i had LOADS of blood clots etc, not nice business.. but im till bleedig now.. like normal period bleeding, when will it stop? any ideas?
thanks

so sorry for your loss again hun
When i had a late m/c in january i bled for 10 days.

I stopped bleeding after about a week. It is really hard - take it as easy as you can.
Thinking of you.

Hi Beth

I've never had the tablets but I had a natural mc last September and I can tell you I was bleeding afterwards for about 2 weeks, then it stopped for a while (think about a week) then started again for almost another week.

It all sucks I know. I've just found out yesterday I've had a missed miscarriage. Hope you're ok.

Beth, I had the same as you and I bled for about 2 weeks so it should start to ease off in a few days.

Hope you're coping ok.

I bled for almost 2 weeks with them (or something similar) sending

Ah thank you ladies.. Well im still bleeding, it isnt majorly heavy or anything now and there aren't any clots in it.. sigh... I really want to just get back to normal now but i really can't when im on like day 8 of bleeding! weird..

I'm so sorry for your loss    I've been there too. I had the same thing done and I bled for 2 weeks. The doctor told me that the bleeding can last anywhere between 2 and 4 weeks depending on how your body copes. How far were you?

i was nearly 7 weeks :( the bleeding has slowed a lot, its a little more than spotting though. Hoping it stops altogether soon
