bit of a mad question

but it's about Leah's 'girly bits'
today, a few red pin prick type marks have appeared (how do i say this for a 5 month old!?) on where the pubic bone is if you know what i mean?

its no where else, not even on her bum and shes no marks anywhere else on her body... but i dont think its nappy rash as i imagine that to be more rashy iykwim?
