teething and question about nappy changes?

leahs cut her two bottom teeth over the last week and has also had extremely bad nappy rash and really runny explosive poo.. i searched on google to see if the runny poo is connected, and i also found a site where it says during the day, runny poo or not, nappies should be changed 3-4 times every hour.
don't know if i'm a bad mummy but i certainly don't change Leah's nappy 4 times per hour! (unless of course she's pood)
is that over exaggerating or am i under changing!?

I change Caitlyns Every feed time or extra times when she has pooed

way over the top!!!!!!!!! I change Evie about every 4 hours (unless she's poo'd).. maybe you read it wrong and it was every 3 to 4 hours and not 3 to 4 times an hour!

Anyway...how cute does Leah look with her peggies?! Evie is still all gummy!!

sooooo cute she's gonna look so funny when they grow.... ive been singing to her, "all i want for christmas is my two bottom teeth" they cut through proper today!
