Bisto Cheese Mix

This may sound like a silly question but i wasn't sure if it was safe to use bistos cheese sauce... i know some cheeses are harmful, but wasn't sure about the powdered form? Any ideas? xxxxxxxx

Hi hun, being powdered it will have been heavily processed. I was told it was mainly blue veined cheeses and soft cheeses. Would have thought cheese powder would be a hard cheese like cheddar xxxxxxxxxxx

Oh and being heated with boiling water should kill off most germs and bugs anyway. Most can't survive in boiling water xxxxxxxxxx
