 OH orderd mine yesterday wahoo! :cheer:

I am nearly ready now, just got to get my lavender oil, clary sage and raspberry leaf tea, then im all sorted!

Really interested in the aromatherapy ideas to get labour started and to help during labour, quite looking forward to be able to try it all out, concidering im having a homebirth and doing it all the natural way why not add some more "au natural " to the occasion  and even if doesnt work at least it will relax me and help me get a goods night sleep before bubba arrives :D

Still not sure what is best tho, anyone got any ideas? is it the raspberry tea or the capsuals ?

 :cheer: Oh it is all very exciting :D

Lol ive never been so prepared for something in all my life and yet I don't know how its going to go, its all so new to me, yet I still feel like I know what I need to do

OOOOOOOOOOo no idea about the raspberry leaf - I would think tea is perhaps better as more easily absorbed into your body, plus we all need the extra liquid. Clary Sage is WONDERFUL - I have sometimes when pmsy and its fab! Enjoy :D

Thanks ginger :D

Yes I thought the tea might be better, anyone know of any good brands?

Oh glad someones experienced the clary sage  thanks for letting me know that its good stuff :)

Just a note on your birthing ball.. get it inflated as soon as you can and use it everyday!

When I first got mine it was tiny!!! I had to use it everyday to stretch the rubber...there was no way it would blow up to 75cm on the first go..... also with central heating the ball changes its shape throughout the day.

I have had mine now for about 3 weeks and only just have we been able to inflate it to its "proper" size.

I use mine when watching TV in the evenings and find it amazing for back ache!!!
