Birthing ball question?

Hey all,

Just wondering if there is a certain time when to start using the ball? Im not sure if its just through labour or what not. I know my sister used hers a few weeks before her due date as she couldnt get comfortable anywhere else lol.

Now i know i am getting induced anywhere from 37+ weeks, do you think i should start using it or is it not worth it?

Def worth it, start now! Encourages baby into head down position

Cool thanks for that. I know when i was last at midwife baby was head down. But still use it yeh? cant do me any harm can it lol.

Ive also noticed that im starting to get an achey back alot now... Will the ball ease this?

Yep still use it as will encourge it to stay in that position and to engage or continue engaging
