After engorement of my milk coming in, and after a few good long feeds today my boobs have gone back to normal size and are all soft. How long does it take for your milk to come back?.. will he now need to feed off both boobs in 1 feed? xx

Mine are the same. Angel just feeds off 1 boob still. Your body is starting to regulate how much milk it needs now. Once the engorgement stage is passed your body has worked out how much it needs.

Sorry forgot to ask.. how do you know that your boob has no more milk in? Thanks for any replies

Mine just feel soft after feeding, and usually Ruby will come off if the milk has gone and then latch onto the other.Hope that helps xx

It comes and goes... expect your LO to feed like a gannet the next few weeks and from both boobs... its not that he's not getting enough but that he is heading for a growth spurt and he needs to build up your supply I only offer the other boob if lil miss still seems hungry... she usually has a little nibble and goes back to sleep-
