Beano is breastfed, but recently he's started acting a bit strangely when he's feeding. I try to feed him when we're lying down on the bed together as he gets really distracted otherwise and doesn't take a full feed. Anyway, after he's been feeding for a minute or so, he breaks his latch, grins at me, rolls over and then tries to feed while he's either on all fours, or lying on his tummy. He looks like a little calf. It's not uncomfortable particularly, but it's also not particularly efficient; milk goes all up his nose, or he squishes my boob with his face.

Any ideas why he might be doing this?? :eh:

No idea! Sounds like he's having fun! How old is he?

:)

He's a pro by now! He's be able to extract it hanging from the ceiling!!

 It get worse. My monster used to climb all over me to see how many different directions she could get my boob from by the time she was 1!

Oh right - I'm being a bit thick I suppose... I've seen older children feeding standing up, and have seen babies feeding in all sorts of positions, so I guess it's only right he should want a bit of control over how he's positioned when he feeds huh? :)
