Bf at 16 weeks, no af yet?

I'm not missing it either - I'm just terrified its going to catch me out when I don't expect it!

I find that once you reduce feeds (usually once you've weaned) you start to get the usual af symptoms, cramps etc. I'm hoping that is the case this time too lol.
I haven't got any contraception sorted yet either x

At my 6 week check the dr put me on a pill, I took it for a week then stopped, I just kept thinking the hormones from the pill could be getting passed through to B, weather or not they do I don't know but I decided until she's been weaned etc I'm not going to use it! Might just get pg instead!!!! X

I've only had two periods since Harry arrived in April- and they were in December and this month

Previous to that I just had the odd bit of spotting- Harry is pretty much down to 2 breast feeds a day now xx

my AF came back at 6 months on the dot, once we started weaning. still BF now, first 2 AF's were very irregular now they have settled into a 30 day pattern, my LO is 9 and a half months now.

I had 1st visit from af on Sunday. LO is 7 months today. I'm bf morning and night with bottles and spoon feeds rest of day,

I still haven't had a visit from af, but like Cos says I did start getting cramps not long after max started weaning. Definitely not missing it! Xx

I'm wondering this too - but I was put on Cerazette by the GP at 9 weeks so obviously haven't had AF yet. I want to start TTC this summer so am wondering when to stop taking the Cerazette to see if AF will return. I hope to carry on breastfeeding for as long as I can. Tilly is cutting down on feeds a bit now that she's started weaning. NOT looking forward to AF again - I hate it x
