best time for a 4d scan

right now that ive been for my 20 week scan im now thinking of when to get my 4d scan done? I was thinking around 30 weeks would be the best time to get it as you only have 10 weeks left and baby would be practically fully grown what does everyone else think the best time to get one done?xx

I was told by my MW to go at 24 weeks, it was good but the baby will have changed so much now i am a bit gutted.

My cousin tried to go for a 4D scan at 30 weeks and they said baby would be too big to see any features
I was told around 28 weeks is best to see bubs properly.
Maybe ring up where ever your going and ask what the pics will be like around that time, although a lot of friends have been for scans around 28 weeks and the pictures have been amazing.

I think between 25 and 29 weeks is probably a good time. Then theyve still got plenty room to move and get good images but baby will be all prettyful by then

Although im 29 weeks when i had my scan growth scan at 28.6 days i couldnt get a picture as he was getting to big for the screen although i had a 4d scan round 24 weeks x

yeah they look awsome make your wee baby look so real you can see all the features so clearly i cant wait to get mine. plus the dvd is so sweet i reckon its worth the money considering i aint paying for it lol

thats my 4d scan booked for the 4th june i will be 26 weeks which the lady says is the best time to go!
