Best supplement to take?

I'm currently on Pregnacare but was wondering what the best supplement is once baby is here & I'm BF'ing? I'd like to get it in now.

I'm not sure, I packed in the supplements pregnacare do a new mum one don't they? X

I was going to say you can get a ptegnacare for Breast feeding too x

That's where I'm confused. I was on the Pregnacare Original. It ran out on Wednesday so I went out & thought I'd grabbed the same box but I'd actually grabbed Pregnacare plus which it says can be used through all of pregnancy & BF'ing. Then today I seen that there is a Pregnacare breastfeeding. Confused now. It's probably really not that much of a big deal but some of you should know what I'm like by now!

Heya Hun, if you go to your local surestart they will advise you where you can get vitamins from, they are exactly the same as pregnacare (have compared labels) and far far cheaper!! Xx
