I've got 'Taking charge of your fertility' by Toni Weschler too, it's fantastic Would definitely recommend it xx

Ive found the fertility diet a really interesting read. It has lots of eeally good and easy tips if you want to have a think about the foods you can eat to boost your chances. You can get it on ebay cheapest doesnt need to be the hardback!

For getting clued up the free downloadable course on fertility friend is very good. Doesn't take that long to do either.
