Does any one have book recommendations for helping keep my sanity in tact n clue me up at the same time?

I've got 'Taking charge of your fertility' by Toni Weschler too, it's fantastic :-) Would definitely recommend it xx
 
Ive found the fertility diet a really interesting read. It has lots of eeally good and easy tips if you want to have a think about the foods you can eat to boost your chances. You can get it on ebay cheapest doesnt need to be the hardback!

Taking Charge is fantastic was recommended by a few ladies on here. Best buy yet. I understand my body a lot more and what has been happening :).

For getting clued up the free downloadable course on fertility friend is very good. Doesn't take that long to do either.
