best acne treatment?

My OH hates they he has a spotty back.

to me its not bad at all but he's very self conscious about it.

can anyone recommend and creams or tablets that actually work?

The doctor years ago gave me a lotion and it was like in a roller type depgrant bottle, just rolled it on and the spots soon went! cant for the life of me think what it were called though~

Brian has bad acne on his face. Spots come up like boils. Sometimes he doesnt want to go out if its bad. I dont mind it at all.

He gets tablets from the doctor for it which help to an extent although he does still have flare ups. But looks like it will be a long term thing.

id recommend him seeing the doctor if it upsets him.

Has he tried anything yet? You can buy certain products over the counter but if he was to visit his GP they could try antibiotics like oxytetracyline or minocycline which do really well with skin problems.
