Hello ladies! How are we all today?

I remember hearing an absolutely beautiful metal ballad song a couple of years back that really put tears to my eyes at the time; the theme is a man singing to his newborn baby daughter and about her giving his life a whole new meaning, changing his ways etc. Only problem is I can't remember who sung it or what the song is called!

Was wondering if this might ring any bells to any of you guys? Or do you know any beautiful daddy/new baby songs I might look into?

I know the song you mean as I remember someone mentioning it they had a whole album just for that one song. I'll keep thinking on it.

The absolute best father/daughter song is by Paul Simon called Father and Daughter - I have attached the lyrics. It makes me cry everytime I hear it cos I know how much it moves my OH and describes exactly how he feels about our 4 yr old girl. We are having a boy this time and I want to find a father/son one - other than the Boyzone one.
