Backache

hey ladies, i have backache, its at the base of my spine, ive been shopping most of the day, rather than sit at my office desk, is this normal at my stage in pregnancy im 11 weeks tomorrow!

I had a bit of backache early one, which passed quite quickly. I think it is to do with the shape of your spine changing, so I guess perfectly normal. I amagine later on it is due to the additional weight?
