Lower BackAche

Ladies help ive got this god awful lower backache which has been on and off the past 2 days and its driving me nuts i dont ache or hurt anywhere else other than right in the small of my back. Any ideas as to why this might be ?

My back is constantly aching and im not very far gone at all!!!!

It could be everything stretching and the increasing pressure, im sure its nothing to worry about and more an annoyance than a problem!!

If it carries on hun, id go and see your GP if you want some professional reassurance

i have it too....sometimes cant sit or stand cos it aches so much, tho walking does tend to ease it. but if i walk too much then it aches too and i have to sit down!

I think I'm about 5 weeks now and my lower back has been aching a lot of the last 2 days! Even when I'm sat in a comfy chair I feel really uncomfortable...I think it's supposed to be normal
