back to work 12th jan

well i go back on an early shift on friday the 12th jan dreading it is not the word. i looked at off duty and there me as the qualified and 1 health care assistant for 15 acutely ill patients how safe? ive been on ml for 1 year!!!! talk about throwing me in at the deep end...
