Back pain

Hi

I am 11 weeks (although I believe 10+4) and the last couple of days I've noticed a pain in the very lower right hand side of my back. Is this normal? I haven't had any symptoms at all other than sore boobs early on so anything I get makes me worry something is wrong!!!

I asked MW she said its nerve pain but no cause for concern unless it's severe or there is bleeding. Aaaaand relax!!!
